John T. Mather Memorial Hospital is a 248-bed community hospital offering emergency services, medical and surgical care, intensive care, maternity services, inpatient psychiatric care, and outpatient testing and community health education services. It is a member of the Long Island Health Network, a joint venture affiliation between 11 hospitals with a goal of developing collaborative efforts which can improve, expand, and strengthen the delivery of health care services to the people of Long Island.
