LeChef is Southampton's oldest bistro, established in 1980, serving continental foods. The menu includes steamed mussels mariniere, salad nicoise, day fish cajun style with salsa verde, charcoal grilled shell steak and home fries, grilled chicken salad with carrots, string beans and walnuts, caesar salad, and angus burger and fries.
