PJ's is a Saratoga style BBQ seasonally operating with two 20' firebrick barbecue pits. The chicken and ribs are barbecued on racks that rest two feet above real charcoal briquettes. Menu includes BBQ chicken, BBQ combo, beef 'n' wick sandwiches, char-grilled burgers, cheeseburgers, potato salad, apple pandowdy, old fashioned custard ice cream and loganberry fruit drink. Beer and Wine is served in dining room only. PJ’s offers indoor or outdoor seating, catering service and picnic packages.
