North Salem Vineyard, an 18 acre vineyard and winery is a rural scene surprisingly near New York City. Seyval Blanc, Merlot, Sweet Red are among the featured wines. The winery building holds stainless steel tanks, winemaking equipment, a laboratory, workspace for bottling and labeling and a temperature controlled room in which to store bottled wine. The winery hosts parties, meetings or weddings either in the tasting room or under a tent on the lawn next to the winery.
