East Greenbush

East Greenbush is located in Rensselaer County just southeast of Albany along Highway 20 and is in the Central Region of the state. East Greenbush is part of the Albany-Schenectady-Troy, New York metro area.

It grew with construction of the Albany and Hudson Railroad in 1900.
