The bar has the comfort of lounge chairs and a velvet sofa, but also has elements of sleek with a curved zinc bar and a library wall of red wines. The dining room has layers of blue & yellow, contrasting with warm light, mirror reflection & honey wood. New American cuisine is the focus of Red's menu, with ingredients paying tribute to cultures from around the world. Spices, fine meats & fresh seafood are prepared with attention to world flavors and textures. Mussels scented with lemongrass, Moroccan spiced lamb or simply steak frites is prepared by Chef Nino Antuzzi. A lounge menu is also offered during hours of service, allowing a light bite or a taste with drinks.
