Shalestone Vineyards specializes in red wines. Shallow soil allows all 6 acres of vines to tap into the essence of the shale that was formed on the site over three hundred million years ago. They produce 1000 case of wines every year. Wine list includes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Red Legend.
