Madison County 31 miles SW of
Utica between Eaton and Earlville along Highway 12B and in the
Central Region of the state. Colgate University is on Hwy 12B. The Cas Library houses exhibits and rare books, Alumni Hall displays archeological and ethnological materials and the Dana Arts Center contains the Picker Art Gallery and the University Theater. Hamilton is part of the
Syracuse, New York metro area.
