This museum resembles a Tibetan temple with terraced sculpture gardens, a lily and fish pond, and a view of the Hudson Bay. The items are Tibetan, Nepalese, Tibeto-Chinese, and Mongolian in origin, and date from the 17th to 19th centuries or earlier. Metal figures of deities and lamas, thangka paintings, plus jewel-encrusted Nepalese metalwork, a set of silver ceremonial implements, jewelry, dance masks, and imperial Chinese cloisonne decorative objects. Lectures and demonstrations on designated Sundays.
