Jewett's primary product is aged cheddar cheese: at any time, they have 44,000 lbs. of New York's finest Cheddar aging on the premises. The cheeses may be aged as long as a decade before sale. The also carry a variety of specialty foods: snacks, baking needs, nuts, baskets, health foods, etc.
