The Pepsi Arena was built in 1990, at which time it was known as Knickerbocker Arena -- it was renamed in 1997. It has a flexible layout that can accomodate up to 15,000 people. In addition to hosting a slew of sporting events, it is a popular concert stop; Frank Sinatra was the first act ever to play the arena, and scores of other major acts have followed in his tracks.
