Lakeshore Winery is located on a farm that dates back to 1825. It is an ideal site for growing grapes. Proximity to the deep waters of Cayuga Lake provides enough tempering effect to enable the European (Vitis vinifera) grapes to thrive. The original barn provides a unique setting for receiving visitors, with a spectacular view of the lake. There is even a dock for boaters to visit the winery. All of the grapes come from their own vineyard or neighboring Finger Lakes vineyards. White, blush, and red wines are available.
