The Rudd Pond Area of Taconic State Park features tent, trailer and RV campsites, a bathing beach, fishing, boat rentals and boat launch, a picnic area and playground and hiking, biking and nature trails. In winter, visitors can ice skate on the pond conditions permitting.
Directions: Off Route 22, east of Dutchess County on Route 62, 2 miles north of Millerton.
