Tully is located in Onondaga County 36 miles NE of Ithaca between Onondaga and Homer along Highway 11 near Sang Mountain Ski Area and Alpine Slide in the Western Region of the state. Tully is part of the Syracuse, New York metro area.
Tully was named after Marcus Tullius Cicero, Roman orator.
