Eartha's Restaurant is located close to downtown Saratoga and the Saratoga Racetrack. It serves shrimp spring rolls, spicy mussels, house salad, goat cheese salad, sea scallops, seafood spaghetti, vegetarian pasta, and dessert. A selection of wines including cabernet savignon, Bordeaux, pinot noir, and Italian varietals is available.
