Built on the edge of the Niagara Escarpment, Schimschack's is a four star restaurant with views of orchards and vineyards. It offers a varied menu that includes baked mushroom caps stuffed with crab meat, clams casino, barbecued baby back ribs, char broiled ostrich, baked stuffed escargots, Icelandic lobster dainties, and prime rib with shrimp scampi.
