Located at Wade Oval in University Circle, this museum includes an observatory and planetarium, changing exhibits, live animals and indoor gardens. The Reinberger Hall of Earth and Planetary Exploration examines the geology of the solar system. The Jeptha Home Wade II Gem Room houses an extensive gem collection. Other exhibits focus on dinosaurs and ancient fish, artifacts from many other cultures.

Musuem open Monday - Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday noon-5pm. Observatory open Wednesday 8:30pm-10pm in September through May.
