McPherson Middle School

McPherson Middle School houses grades 7 and 8 in Clyde and Green Springs. It offers four core academic teams, a special education team, and the Bravo Team composed of teachers in music, physical education, health, computer tech, art, and life skills. They teach students in an interdisciplinary approach, with special education staff. Sports include football, volleyball, boys and girls basketball, track and wrestling. In 2001 the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) recognized McPherson Middle School as one of the Top 100 Most Highly Successful Middle Schools in the United States.
