Local legend has it that a bridge here is haunted by a "Headless Motorcycle Man". Apparently, on a March 21st after WWII, a soldier came back to the states and something happened with his girlfriend. He was riding across the bridge on his motorcylce when a wire that was strung across the bridge cut off his head.
The story goes that if, on March 21st, you park on the bridge, place your car keys on the dash, flash your headlights three times, and honk your horn three times, a bright light is supposed to chase you off the bridge.
