Fairlawn Ohio

Fairlawn is located in northeastern Ohio in Summit County just northwest of Akron. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 6,327, an increase of 548 since 1990.

The town is within easy driving distance of a number small and medium sized lakes which allow powerboating, skiing and/or fishing. These include Nimisila Reservoir, 10 miles south-southeast of town; Springfield Lake, 10 miles to the southeast; Mogadore Reservoir, 15 miles east-southeast; Michael J Kerwin Lake, about 25 miles to the east and Lake Rockwell, about 15 miles east-northeast of town.
