Sands Retirement Community was founded in 1957 by brothers Paul and Matt Ungers, and is now second generation family owned and operated. It provides quality manufactured homes for persons 55 years of age and older. A community center and open-air pavilion with horseshoe pit, provides for many year round social gatherings such as cook-outs, special dinners, private parties, entertainment, crafts, professional health screenings, and a variety of other social activities with the senior population in mind.
