Holland is located in northwestern Ohio in
Lucas County 10 miles southwest of
Toledo and about 5 miles west of the
Maumee River. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,210, an increase of 10 since 1990.
Stone Oak Country Club, a private club with a reciprocal guest agreement for members of other clubs, offers an 18-hole, par 71, 6,600-yard course (from the championship tees) that carries a USGA rating of 71.9 and a challenging slope of 130.
