Holmes County Only Natural History Museum.
Our archaeology room has displays of recent digs prepared by Dr. Nigel Brush, professor of archaeology at Ashland University.
The geology room had rocks and minerals from the world over. Kids love our fluorescent minerals display.
The Holmes County Room currently contains our 2003 triple diorama showing the Killbuck Creek valley as it looked in 1803, 1903, and 2003, scaled for the small fry to enjoy. Kids are fascinated by our miniature animated mill display too and awed by the actual mill stones from the old Duncan Mill of Killbuck.
