The Maumee Bay Brewing Company is a Brew Pub/Restaurant located in the Historic Oliver House near downtown Toledo. The brewery produces ales, lagers and specialty brews in the German tradition of Reinheitsgebot. The Oliver House originally opened in 1859 as Toledo's premier hotel and renovations reflect its architectural as well as landmark significance.
