Located on Mill Street, this site encompasses the renovated factory buildings of the original Quaker Oats Company, which produced oatmeal and other products from the late 1800s until moving to new quarters in 1970. The structures include restaurants, specialty shops, boutiques, nightclubs and a hotel as well as hand-sculpted wall murals, relics and historical displays.

Open Monday - Saturday 11am-10pm, Sunday noon-8pm. Closed January 1, Easter, Thanksgiving and December 25.
