Richland Carrousel Park is reminiscent of the turn-of-the-century Philadelphia-style carrousel and is graced with 52 beautiful wooden animals and 2 chariots. These Dentzel-style figures were hand-carved and painted in Mansfield. Eighteen hand painted scenery panels surrounding the top of the carrousel depict both past and present attractions in the Mansfield area. A stinson band organ provides rousing music for carrousel riders and brings smiles to both old and young alike. Accessible-to-the-handicapped, indoor facilities available for private rentals.
