Sunbury Ohio

Sunbury is located in central Ohio in Delaware County 15 miles north-northeast of Columbus. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 2,143, an increase of 97 since 1990.

Bent Tree Golf Club is the main golf course in town being an 18-hole public facilty. Big Walnut Golf Club, a semi-private club with an open guest policy and Sunbury Golf Course, built in 1926, offer 9-hole layouts to the public.

Nearby recreational outlets include Hoover Reservoir just south of town and Alum Creek Lake less than 10 miles to the west.
