The University of Findlay is a private, 4-year institution founded by the Churches of God, General Conference in 1882 and is located in northwestern Ohio in Hancock County.Enrolling about 4,600 students, they offer over 60 undergraduate majors including equestrian studies, pre-veterinary medicine, nuclear medicine technology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, physician assistant, intergenerational studies and technology management, as well as environmental, safety and occupational health management. In athletics, the Division II school fields 13 men's teams including ice hockey and indoor track while the ladies compete in 11 sports including ice hockey (no misprint) and swimming and diving. In addition, two "mixed" sports include western and English equestrian riding.
