Whispering Hills offers camp sites and group camping areas. Hiking trails, fishing, and a nature lodge are open to campers. An Olympic size swimming pool and mini-golf are attached. Three biking trails, including the Holmes County Trail, the Mohican Valley Trail, and the Kokosing Gap Trail are available. The Ol' Smokehaus Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Killbuck Marsh, Ohio's largest inland marsh, is situated near the park.
