The Polo Grill Restaurant offers gourmet dining, select wines, and banquet facilities. The banquet menu includes parmesan black pepper twills, cheese and fruit tray, grilled chicken and roasted red pepper, pepitas crusted pork loin, roast stuffed French breast of chicken, creme brulee, and pear tart. Cully award winner tomato bisque, house salad of organic baby greens, spinach BLT salad, creme brulee key lime pie, house cured salmon, and baked fudge are among the lunch specialities. Dinner comprises Grilled Prime Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Salmon Tamale, Bee Pollen Glazed Duck Breast, and Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding, among other dishes.
