Eddy was located in northern Oklahoma in Kay County
abutting the Grant County
line west of Interstate 35
between SR 11 and U.S. Highway 60.
The story of this town was about luck--all bad. A thriving community in the late 1800's, it was burned to the ground in the early 1900's. It rose from the ashes like a Phoenix only to be wiped out by a tornado a few years later. All that remains is the New Home cemetery.
