The University of Central Oklahoma is located on a 200-acre campus in
Edmond, in
Oklahoma County on the northern outskirts of
Oklahoma City west of I-35 and north of I-44.
Founded in 1890, this state supported institution offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the liberal arts and sciences, education, business and music. There are four undergraduate schools and one graduate school. Including residence halls there are 42 buildings. There are fraternities and sororities and over 129 clubs and organizations with which students may get involved. Tours of the campus are available.
