As a craft brewery, F and M Brewery produces traditional beers in small batches, fire-brewed in a direct-fired copper kettle. The beer is slowly aged in horizontal tanks in the aging cellar and then cold filtered to clarify the beers. The brewery uses only the highest quality raw materials such as malted barley, fresh hops, and malted wheat.
