Living Yoga and Health provides safe, clear instruction in the practice of yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation in an atmosphere of non-competition and self-acceptance. Regular workshops and private classes are available for students who wish to move deeply into their yoga experience. Yoga classes, workshops and health services are also conducted. The studio is equipped with blankets, yoga mats and cushions.
