The City Hall is one of the most recognized buildings in. A two-story rotunda with it's dual curved towers, it is a pedestal for the domed amphitheater of the Council Chamber. Nathan Phillips Square sits in front of City Hall and has a reflecting po ol that is converted into a skating rink in the winter. It holds multicultural festivals, art shows, and civic ceremonies.
