The Theatre Aquarius is in its 32nd season as Hamilton's professional theatre with 7,900 subscribers and over 100,000 patrons. It produces plays with the best design teams and the best stage actors and directors from across Canada. It is the 3rd largest in regional theatres in Ontario. Out of 160 professional producing not-for-profit theatres in Canada, excluding national festivals, it is one of only 12 designated as an 'A' category regional theatre.
