The Spirits on Peel is located in a century old former harness shop in downtown, New Hamburg. Lunch menu offers Thai hot and sour shrimp soup, Caesar salad, stacked tomato salad, spinach salad, Portobello bruschetta, fresh mussels, jumbo black tiger shrimp, primavera pizza with chicken, penne primavera, seafood linguine and beef tenderloin sandwich. Dinner menu includes chicken satays, jumbo sea scallops, vodka pasta, chicken supreme, stuffed veal chop, pork tenderloin and New Zealand rack of lamb.
