The Windsor Theatre Festival began in the summer of 2000 with a run of eleven consecutive days during the last two weeks of July. Since that beginning children's theatre, musicals, comedies and dramas have been staged, highlighting Canadian actors equity professionals as well as new and seasoned veterans of Windsor Community Theatre.
