The Elora Mill has 32 guest rooms. Each room is unique and may feature a four poster or canopy bed, a basin fashioned by a local potter, or a handmade quilt. Guest rooms are housed in the Main Mill, and in three special historic buildings such as the Mill Granary, the Mill Cottage and the James Ross House. The rooms are equipped with television, radio, alarm clock and working desk. Some rooms have small kitchenettes, while others may have a seating area. They serves Atlantic salmon gravlax, steamed mussels, warm woolwich goat cheese, grilled tuna nicoise, fresh half shell oysters and marinated wild mushrooms.
