Colonial Bay provides cottages ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Each cottage is equipped with kitchen, bathroom, separate living room, microwave, gas BBQ, and TV. Deluxe Cottages come with pine living rooms, gas fireplaces, air conditioners, and air jet bathtubs. Studio Rooms have fireplace, bathroom, television, in room coffee, and sitting area. Deluxe Studio Rooms have a small kitchenette. Activities include mountain biking, water tubing, hiking, birding, golf, and horseback riding.
