NW Discoveries offers outdoor adventure trips. The trips are for people of all ages, skills, and abilities. It provides all the planning, logistics, transportation, and experienced leaders. NW offers several hiking programs through Elderhostel, an organization that does educational programs for adults. They feature paddle trips, snowshoeing, cross country skiing on Mount Hood, sea kayaking in coastal bays or lower stretches of the Columbia River, full day walks to waterfalls, lakes, old growth forests, and grand vistas.
