Seal Rock State Park, check the offshore rocks for all three varieties of cormorants. Watch for harlequins here as well as scoters, surfbirds, turnstones and oystercatchers.
Ona Beach State Park is a great place to look for songbirds and ducks in Beaver Creek. A footbridge leads to the beach and a good variety of gulls can be seen in the area.
