Bradley Lake and Floras Lake, 8 and 10 miles south of
Bandon respectively, are popular water sport areas. The best birding is early or late in the day at both locations.
Humbug Mountain State Park's lush vegetation and sheltered area is another good place to stop. It is one of the better places along the coast to look for passerines.
