This 17 mile trail system - Dry Lake Trailhead and Horse Creek Trailhead - has many looped trails and road segments that offer a variety of options for day excursions on horseback. Go 10.5 miles north of Florence and turn east onto Forest Rd #58 (Horse Creek Rd). Go 4.7 miles to trailhead. Horse Creek Campground offers a horse camp along the Coast Horse Trails.
