Established in 1987, Domaine Drouhin Oregon is owned by Burgundy producer Maison Joseph Drouhin. Veronique Drouhin is the winemaker, representing the fourth generation of the family in the firm. As of 1996, 63 acres of the 180-acre estate have been planted. The winery is built into a hillside to take advantage of the natural coolness of the earth and to permit working by gravity. Domaine Drouhin does not have visitor facilities.
