The course is located in the historic community of Echo, just a mile of I-84, Exit 188. The town is 20 miles west of Pendleton and 8 miles south of Hermiston.
The course is located on the rolling hills overlooking the Umatilla River Valley, a green oasis in the eastern Oregon desert. Par 72, 5,867 yards, rated 67.6.
