On Elk Lake in
Deschutes National Forest 33 miles SW of Bend. There are 23 sites for tents, trailers, or RVs up to 22 feet, although the road is difficult for RVs, with picnic tables, fire grills, vault toilets, and piped water. Boat docks/launching on site. Nearby boat rentals. Leashed pets permitted. No reservations. Open June thru Sept, weather permitting. Contact the
