The main feature of the park is a 40-ton rock that was carried by an iceberg 20,000 years ago. The trail leading to the rock provides excellent views of Yamhill Valley Vineyards. The park is located 6 miles east of Sheridan off Hwy 18. The park can be reached by traveling 3.4 miles west of McMinnville on Hwy 18 to the junction with Oldsville Road. Turn right and go .3 miles bearing left at the fork. Continue 1.4 miles and park on the shoulder. A path leads the last quarter mile to the boulder.
