The George W. Joseph State Natural Area, located 12 miles east of Troutdale on the historic Columbia River Hwy, can only be accessed by using the trail from Latourell Falls and Guy Talbot State Park. A trail leads to the top of lower Latourell Falls, and beyond to upper Latourell Falls.
