The Bible College offers over a dozen Bible-based Programs including Music Ministry, Women's Ministries and Youth Ministries.

The Seminary has a "standard track" that is designed for the college or university graduate with no formal Bible or theology training. Such students begin with a biblical and theological foundation year and then continue with one additional year (Master of Arts in Biblical Studies or Pastoral Studies) or two additional years (for the Master of Divinity).

Multnomah is Accredited by the Association of Theological Schools.
